This house is located on the "quiet" south end of the beach. It is just
down the street from a resort with a Tiki bar, pool and occasionally a
volleyball net. There is a wonderful restaurant on the end of the block and the
theater is on the next block as well. The trolley stops at the end of the
next street. There is a convenience store nearby, and the Santini plaza has stores and restaurants as
well.
