Rent
The apartment is an annual rental, which
includes the electric, water, and cable TV. There is a application and credit check required, at no expense to the applicant, but a $50.00
refundable deposit
is required to process the application.
The rent is $700.00 per month, on
an annual rental
with a1050.00 security deposit.
The seasonal rent is 2400.00 per
month, with a 1500.00 security deposit.
Checks and money orders accepted,
we do not process credit cards.
